Appointment

You can call us on the number +32 (0) 2 230 45 56 from Monday to Friday, this between 8.30am and 12am, to schedule an appointment. You can also book your appointment online. Hereby some points of interest:

• If the consultation is meant for more than one patient or if you think you will need more time (minor operations, psychological consultation…), please tell the secretary. A double appointment might be necessary or might be planed at a certain time of the day.
• Please arrive on time. We try not to make you wait. Unfortunately we cannot foresee when emergencies may occur and would ask you to bear with us under these circumstances.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 1 hour in advance, so we can contact another patient. A missed appointment will be charged. Please call us to cancel (no emails, no voicemail messages).
• Appointments scheduled between 8.30 and 9.30 need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Monday morning appointments between 8.30am and 9.30am need to be cancelled 72 hours beforehand. Otherwise the consultation will be charged.
• Please bring always your ID-card or passport.
• Dr. Robeet does not follow the convention. A consultation costs 42€. Payments can be done cash or by QR code/ PAYCONIC.
• Please don’t forget to switch off your mobile phone during the consultation.

Home visits

Try to come to the surgery. Your doctor can help you better in the practice than at home.
