As of now, the division of the Spa Practice Partnership has not yet been completed.
Patients consulting Dr. Ackermans or Dr. Bergiers are informed that I can no longer access or follow their medical records. When patients consult me, Dr. Ackermans or Dr. Bergiers can access the therapeutic policy regarding that consultation with me.
May I ask you to clarify during your next consultation whether your file (which may go back to 2003) can/cannot still be accessed by Dr. Ackermans or Dr. Bergiers. This notification can also be made independently of a consultation and communicated to me via email (dr.robeet-spapraktijk@hotmail.com or info@spapraktijk.eu).
